Vinyasa

A flowing yoga sequence, starting with warming sun salutations, followed by holding poses. Designed to warm, stretch and align your body. Available before work, during lunch and after work for either 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Slow Vinyasa is also a great option for those who prefer a slower practice.
